EAT LOCAL PLEDGE

1. Every time I go shopping for food I will swap out one
non-local item for one item grown by a local farmer!

2. I will keep my eyes and ears open for places to buy local food.

3. I will ask my local stores and eateries what local food items
they stock, including produce and packaged products.

4. I will make a noise and raise a flag for local foods, whether
by talking to friends and family about how local foods enrich
local communities, by sharing my finds on social media, or by Finding Local Foods
planting a Local Food is Essential sign in my yard. Local Food is Essential
